(sigh)

It has been such a long week and I am told it is only Tuesday. The good news here is that I am about to release my double deadline week stress at the gym – and since you asked, you should, too. (oh, you didn’t ask? sorry.)

Now, I’m not saying we all need to become body builders, I am only suggesting that you have some sort of stress release in your life and that this is a good one.

Exercising will, in fact, give you more energy to tackle those deadlines, all the while making you healthy. (and healthy keeps your booty from showing up in movies like Supersize Me.)

And remember, a healthy you also means less money wasted spent on doctors, medicine, Kleenex, and chic flicks. Finally, a healthy you also leads to increased productivity, so you can spend more time doing things like eating dark chocolate (because it is good for your skin) and watching American Idol.
