		<description>Totally agree, was a refreshing read that was engaging, interesting, reassuring and appropriate.

I also liked the use of tone of voice/language at the foot of the email to appeal to different target audiences eg the &#039;talk like a lawyer now&#039; section.

A tricky job well handled.
